Luminate Oracle (www.luminateoracle.com) is operated by Zinfinity AI. Readings are generated for entertainment and personal reflection only. They are not medical, legal, financial, or professional advice.

What we collect

• Name and email, when you claim a complimentary reading, create an account, send a receipt, or contact us.
• Payment details handled by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers.
• Reading history in Supabase when you are signed in (question, cards, reading text, and the amount paid if relevant).
• Questions you submit so the oracle can generate a reading via xAI (Grok).
• Cookies and localStorage used for sign-in, a complimentary-reading reminder on this device, and remembering a paid bundle or monthly entitlement on this browser.

How we use it

We use this information to provide readings, process payments, keep a signed-in history, send a receipt or reading copy you asked for, prevent repeat complimentary readings, and respond to support messages.

Who we share it with

• Stripe — payments, subscriptions, and billing portal.
• Supabase — accounts, reading history, and entitlement records.
• xAI — the question and drawn cards, to generate the reading text.
• Resend — email delivery when you ask us to send a reading or receipt.

We do not sell your personal information.

Retention and your choices

Account and history data stay until you ask us to delete them or you close the account. Complimentary-reading claims are kept so the one-per-email limit can be enforced. You can cancel a monthly subscription through the Stripe billing portal.

Your rights

If you are in Australia, you can ask us for access to the personal information we hold about you, or to correct or delete it, by using the contact page.
